1. Agreement
By purchasing a subscription or booking a consultation through movestrongandfree.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Gnani (James), operating as Move Strong and Free, Markham, Ontario, Canada.
2. Health & liability waiver
Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By participating in any Move Strong and Free class or consultation, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have consulted, or will consult, a licensed physician before beginning any exercise program
- You participate voluntarily and assume all risks of injury
- Move Strong and Free and Gnani (James) are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from participation
- You will inform Gnani of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating
Move Strong and Free coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Subscriptions
- Group class subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at time of purchase
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
- You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice
- Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been provided
4. Consultations
- Consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking to be confirmed
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are fully refunded
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable
- No-shows are non-refundable
- Gnani reserves the right to reschedule consultations with reasonable notice
- In-person consultation address will be provided in your confirmation email after payment
5. Class access
- Class access links are provided exclusively to active subscribers and must not be shared
- Access links are rotated monthly. Only subscribers who are active and in good standing at the time of rotation will receive the new link
- Move Strong and Free reserves the right to remove any participant from a class for disruptive behaviour
6. Class cancellations by Move Strong and Free
In the event that Gnani must cancel a scheduled class, members will be notified by email as soon as possible. No refund or credit is issued for individual cancelled classes under a monthly subscription. Gnani will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or make up cancelled sessions.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in classes — including exercises, programmes, and materials — is the intellectual property of Move Strong and Free. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute class content without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
