What information we collect

• Name and email address — when you subscribe, book a consultation, or contact us
• Phone number — optionally, when booking a consultation
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Messages — content you send via our contact form
• Notes — any information you provide about your health or goals when booking

How we use your information

• To deliver your class access and send you class reminders
• To confirm and manage your consultation bookings
• To send you program updates and schedule changes (you consented at signup)
• To respond to your inquiries
• To process your payments through Stripe

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email communications (CASL)

In accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we only send commercial electronic messages to people who have given us express consent. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us directly.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Your payment card details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle your data.

Google services

We use Google Calendar to send you class invites and Google Meet for live class delivery. By receiving calendar invites and joining classes, you are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription or relationship with us is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
